Barre Blast: A Full Body Workout for a Dancer's Physique
“Barre Blast” combines ballet, pilates, and yoga to create a highly-engaging experience that sculpts the entire physique like nothing else. During the classes, we will learn the basics of barre, focusing on different body parts to achieve both strength and flexibility. Not only that, we will have a chance to see how real ballerinas train, so we can extract the best parts of their routine and use them to our advantage. Barre Basics
