When I practice at home, it is often because I don't have time to make it to the studio. When I am in a hurry, yoga is the best thing for me to slow down, but it's also tough to work a full-length class into my schedule. Through years of teaching and practicing, I've figured out that, for me, the MINIMUM amount of time necessary to get a full, well-rounded practice is 25 minutes. The V25 series is just that; 10 completely different 25 minute classes. Each one is strong, focused and unique, without feeling rushed. Pick a new one each time and be blown away by how much we can accomplish in such a short time.
