Your feet support you all day long, they deserve some pampering and yoga restoration. In this 25-minute session, you’ll give your feet the love they deserve. Most of us spend the majority of our day in shoes, which can impact our mobility, or cause tightness in our body. On top of this, most of us have inherited patterns from our family of how we walk or position our feet. Today, lets wake up and balance our feet!
