Old School Step Plus
This is an old-school traditional step aerobics class. We will throw in some weight, to make the whole experience more exciting. In just, just 35 minutes you will get a super fun and effective workout that goes back to the roots.

Buns, Back & Shoulders
Time for yet another 30-minute HIIT session that will leave us feeling strong and energized. In this particular class, our session will combine cardio and strength training that targets the glutes, shoulders and back.

Hotel or Home 1
A workout a day keeps the body in shape! This is the first of six classes that you can perform anywhere at any time. This 15-minute bodyweight training will challenge you with three rounds of jumping jacks, planks, pop squats and lunges. A great mix to kick things off!
