It’s time to switch things up once again! In this practice, rather than saving all the yin for the end of the class, we will bookend with yin. We’ll start with 15 minutes of yin at the start, move into a solid 30-minute flow and then hit 15 minutes of yin again at the end. It makes for a really sweet, engaging sequence.
