Today’s practice is for any women facing endometriosis. It is estimated that about 5 million women and young girls are navigating endometriosis in the United States. Endometriosis is a condition where tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus (called the endometrium) grows outside of your uterus, where it doesn’t belong. When you have endometriosis, this tissue tends to grow on your ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the outside of your uterus, as well as on your abdominal organs, which can cause pain and discomfort. While there is no treatment for endometriosis, there are ways to alleviate symptoms. Today, Wendy guides you to do just that. In less than 30-minutes you’ll be guided through a fabulous yoga practice designed to decrease endometriosis pain. If you want to feel some relief from your endometriosis, this is the video for you.
