To maintain or restore the normal spinal rotation, it is recommended that you practice a simple spinal twist once or twice a day. However, when we feel especially tight or lethargic, it is nice to go deeper into twisting to help bring vigor and life into the spinal column. These twists stimulate circulation and have a cleansing and refreshing effect on the torso organs and associated glands. This is truly a practice that will leave you feeling "wrung out"!
