This class is designed to support our 1st Chakra. We will learn to establish our roots, and reconnect to the body with this slow and strengthening flow. We will achieve that with the help of grounding poses, breath and standing asanas. Our sequence will contain asana, mudra and yoga nidra. For the ultimate experience, make sure to have a yoga block and a blanket.
