Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 & 2 are balancing postures that take a lot of upper body strength, core strength and lower body flexibility. This is a class that builds up to each arm balance individually and then finishes with a very advanced transition from one to the other. If you find that these poses aren’t quite reachable for you yet, please don’t force them. Even with the high level students that are in this video, only a few of them were able to figure it out. Continue to deepen your practice and see how much you can do!
