Inside this mat based workout, we will indulge in 4 different HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits. We will start with a short and sweet warm-up, and move right into the 4 totally unique Pilates HIIT Circuits. At the end, we will reward ourselves with a nice cool down to leave with a sense of invigoration.
