The muscles along the spine are some of the strongest muscles in the body, because they are used in almost every movement throughout our day. This class focuses on strengthening those muscles by engaging them in a safe, yet active way. It is very important to respect your boundaries when working on strengthening the back. If you experience any pain in these postures do not push through it, modify or take a break to avoid injury.
