My Baby & Me: Dance, Bond and Tone

Losing the “baby weight” can be a challenge for new mothers doing their best to juggle an infant and their busy lives. Time for exercise in that busy day? Forget it! Unless, of course, you find a way to bring the two together—and that’s exactly what we do in this show – provide dance workouts for moms with new babies that will help them lose baby fat and enjoy their exercise while still caring for the newborn.
